Trauma recovery in craniosacral practice

Open to craniosacral therapists.

Co. Clare

This 3 day workshop will cover practices and skills in craniosacral work to support trauma recovery. We will spend time practicing trauma skills based on the work of Levine, Porges, and other neurobiologists, before deepening into stillness, experiencing how the slow rhythms of the natural world ultimately support the body to recover its health and wholeness.
